Warhammer 40,000: Team Deathmatch
What Happens Here?
This is a Warhammer 40,000 tournament where players will need to team up with another player to participate. In this tournament, players will fight as teams, win as teams, and die as teams.
What Are Da Rulez?
Players will bring 1000 point armies. Players must turn in their army lists by 4:00pm on Wednesday, February 15th. Players who do not have their army lists turned in by this time will likely have to miss out on the first round of the tournament. Players may turn in their lists in person, or by e-mail.
Players will let us know who they are teaming up with when they turn in their army lists.
Both players on a team must have legal army lists, following all of the normal army construction rules.
Any army may be paired up with any other army.
Are There Any Prizes?
Prizes will be based on attendance in the tournament and will be awarded in the form of gift certificates good on Games Workshop products.
Is There An Entry Fee?
Yes, the entry fee will be $10 per player. This fee will be waived with the purchase of at least $40 worth of Games Workshop product on the day of the tournament.

What Is Warhammer 40,000?
Warhammer 40,000 (informally known as Warhammer 40K or simply 40K) is a tabletop miniature wargame produced by Games Workshop, set in a science fantasy universe.
Warhammer 40,000 was created by Rick Priestley in 1988 as the futuristic companion to Warhammer Fantasy Battle, sharing many game mechanics.
Expansions for Warhammer 40,000 are released from time to time, often to facilitate a certain sort of game, such as Cities of Death, Planet Strike and Apocalypse, which give rules for urban, planetary siege and large-scale combat, respectively. The game is currently in its fifth edition. |
