WHFB: Sudden Echange of Violence Mega Battle

 

The horn of battle has been sounded. You're getting ready to respond with force. However, you don't have time to muster very many troops or to requisition any special equipment!

What Are The Rules?

Each player may bring with them 1 core unit choice worth up to 100 points (NO UPGRADES ARE ALLOWED) and 1 basic hero choice (this may be any non-named hero from their army book, but again, NO UPGRADES ARE ALLOWED).

This is a mega battle. All players will be playing on the same field. Players will be split up based on their army's allience (good, evil, or neutral).

Is There An Entry Fee?

No. We believe that by providing free game space, we are helping promote the industry as a whole and that our loyal patrons will support that playing space by purchasing their miniatures in our store.

Are There Any Prizes?

This is a casual, informal event - not an organized tournament. As such, no prizes are offered to the winners of the game.

What Is Warhammer Fantasy?

Warhammer: The Game of Fantasy Battles (formerly Warhammer Fantasy Battle and often abbreviated to Warhammer, WFB or WHFB) is a tabletop wargame created by Games Workshop. It is the origin of the Warhammer Fantasy setting.

The game has been designed with regiments of fantasy miniatures. It uses stock fantasy races such as humans (The Empire, Bretonnia, Kislev), Elves, Dwarfs, Undead, Orcs and Goblins, Vampires, as well as some more unusual types such as Lizardmen, Skaven and the daemonic forces of Chaos. Each race has its own unique strengths and flaws; Wood Elves, for example, have the most powerful archers in the game but have poor overall defence and Bretonnia have the strongest cavalry but weak infantry.
