D&D Lair Assault Starting in December

If you think you have what it takes to brave the fiercest foes, fight the toughest battles, and conquer the vilest enemies, we have a new Dungeons & Dragons play experience for you! Gather your master tacticians and rules experts together to kick down the dungeon doors and begin the assault! D&D Lair Assault is a new Wizards Play Network program that pits tactically-minded players against a super challenge where the difference between victory and defeat is dependent upon your game knowledge, ability to adapt, and a little bit of luck. You'll pit your wits against some of the most difficult encounters you've ever played. Each challenge is a mega-encounter that plays in just a few hours, but many will need to make more than one run at it in pursuit of victory.

The new Lair Assault, Talon of Umberlee, will be starting in our store on Saturday, Decmber 3rd. So if you think you've got what it takes, sign up and see if you can survive the Lair Assault.

Volunteer THANKSgiving Dinner

It is that time of year when everyone should take a moment to give thanks. For us, here at the Little Shop of Magic, that means taking an evening to acknowledge our volunteers and show them how grateful we are for the work they do.  Whether they run sessions, demo games, judge event, share their stuff and knowledge, or run their own leagues; our volunteers help us make the Little Shop of Magic the place to be for gaming in Las Vegas. We like to take time every year to thank our volunteers for all the big and small extras they do for us, and what better time for that than Thanksgiving.  Sunday, November 20th is our annual Volunteer Appreciation THANKSgiving Dinner.

Volunteers remember to RSVP for dinner by Wednesday, November 16th.
