By that same token, we don't want price to be the reason why you shop somewhere else. Don't sacrifice great customer service in order to get a bargain; you’re entitled to both! If you find a lower shipped price on another website, email us the link and the details and we will match it. Which items does the Little Shop Of Magic price match? Almost everything we sell. The item must be identical, in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized US reseller. Which items and services aren't available for price match? We don't price match items sold on auction (we will gladly match auction site stores) nor liquidation, clearance or going out of business sales. We don't price match tax discounts, typographical errors or manufacturer's sales. What if I find a lower price here after I buy my items? If you find a lower price in our store within 14 days of your purchase, we'll match the lower price. If an item is marked "clearance", the clearance price is only valid for in stock product that is marked at that clearance price. Can Little Shop Of Magic coupons, gift certificates and XP be used in conjunction with a price match? Coupons, gift certificates and XP issued from the Little Shop Of Magic may not be combined with any price match. Will I earn XP in a transaction involving a price match? No, XP are only awarded in our Brick & Mortar store for transactions involving its standard pricing structure. Will Little Shop Of Magic match another company's price when combined with an instant rebate, mail-in rebate, gift check, or gift card, or free or discounted item? We'll match another company's final shipped price. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card, or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the time of purchase and will not take the mail-in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and the Little Shop Of Magic does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account. Are delivery charges included in the price match? Yes. When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included. If the other company's delivery charges are not supplied, we will add our standard delivery charges to the other company's price. Are quantities limited on price-matched products? We may limit the quantities of price-matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer. Can a price match be requested in your Brick & Mortar store? All price match requests must be submitted online and processed with orders in our online store. Due to the administrative time involved, we will not accept price match requests issued in our brick & mortar store.   This policy is subject to change without notice.
