Credit Card Fraud Protection: The Little Shop of Magic has taken steps to deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site. Along with using the latest GnuPG encryption technology, we request that customer's shipping address match their billing address in order to pass our AVS test. If you wish to have your merchandise delivered to a location other than your billing address, you must have the address on file with your bank before placing the order. If your bank does not have a record of your alternate shipping address, your order may be subject to delays or cancellation.
Standard Delivery Items: In-stock merchandise will ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Standard delivery time varies with the choice of carrier and service selected. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will do our very best to give you an expected delivery date. Items ordered together may not always arrive together. All delivery charges (if any) will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Your credit card will be authorized at time of order and charged when the items ship; you will only be charged for items that ship. Checks are processed upon receipt of the order. International customers you are responsible for all duties/taxes imposed by their country of residence.
Shipping Options: The Little Shop of Magic tries to offer its customers the widest variety of shipping options possible. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are calculated by the courier's automated services and may vary greatly depending on the type of delivery service selected. We reserve the right to alter order shipping method based on parcel size, weight and destination.
Damaged Deliveries: If an item is received damaged, please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original carton, packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement, or refund can be honored.
Returns and Refunds: You may return items for full refund less our shipping costs and a small restocking fee (mailing label price plus $5.00) provided that they are mailed back within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unopened, in new condition and returned at your expense. Otherwise, you may return items for store credit if they are returned within 30 days of ship date. Once again, items must be unopened, in new condition and returned at your expense. Postage fees for exchanged items will apply, unless they attached to a separate order totaling $100.00 or more (offer valid for Continental US addresses only). The Little Shop of Magic reserves the right to refuse returns more than 30 days after ship date, refused due to restrictions not disclosed in advance (such as customs or penal institution regulations) or on items that are special ordered, discontinued, or limited edition.
